….Thank you for viewing this classified advert for my 1973 TYPE 2 BAY WINDOW VW VAN Genuine Reason For Sale – only selling due to other project I have relisted my van due to time waster – please only bid if you have the funds for payment A fine example, it is a really nice to drive completely useable van & has not been modified or lowered I have owned the van for 4 years The van has an MOT until June 2012 & taxed until March 2012 & is Left Hand Drive The Engine is a standard 1584CC with 64,000kms ( 40,000 Miles ) on the clock, I believe genuine ( not warranted or certified ) It was imported in 2006 from Milan Italy where it spent 30 years of its life as a grocery delivery vehicle hence why overall the van is solid & in good condition The body work is good and very straight with no panel replacement, including the floor & underneath It was waxed and coated underneath and in the cavitys last year Paint is in good condition, but there was a lower half side respray done in Italy It has three front seats with a solid bulkhead with the spare wheel under the seats & unusual side body indicators Please note that there is an intermittent fault on the fuel gauge I have installed a full width Rock N’ Roll Bed which can be easily removed & black floor carpet throughout,the interior seats & door cards have been re upholstered in black vinyl The van also has a roof rack & the divide Panel card, CD Player & nice Italian first registration documents with literature New condenser, points, dizzy cap, rotor, plugs & leads Please don’t hesitate to contact me to answer any questions by e-mail or telephone Mobile 07977296683 or 01270583713 The van is located in South Cheshire Buyer to collect …..
