….Welcome to my auction The reserve price is lower than similar campers sells on ebay! Here i have for sale a very special camper van It is a Westfalia conversion which is in a perfect codition, it now got EU standard rear light This camper is the best T2 i’ve ever seen or drove, it was never crashed or welded not even dented (apart from the rear bumper which was dented before the restoration) and it is 100% rustfree The camper is all original as you can see from the photos It’s imported from Mexico few years ago, all duties are paid and it got EU number plates, as it’s EU registered there is no need to pay any custom charges to register in the UK or any other countries in European Union It was imported with hippy paint on it and sun damaged seats, all was restored to a very high standard All paint was removed and the van had a full spray in a spraybooth at a high temperature, the work was done by professionals who work with expensive cars only they came with an excellent results (Photos prior to restoration and during the restoration are present! ) It’s very difficult to find a camper of this age in such good condition and it’s a real head turner Starts and drive A1 with no known faults, the engine is 1.6 petrol and 4 speed manual gearbox The camper still with the original hammock on the top, it can be upgraded to double bed if you want, i think it’s better to keep it original I’m only selling due to a bad leg,unfortunately i won’t be able to drive manual cars for long time The Camper is 41 years old and in excellent condition, any independent inspection is welcome, private sale terms apply Please no time wasters, dreamer or pilots i’m sorry to the genuine buyers but there are few bad people spoiling ebay You can pay in cash or bank draft or bank bank transfer, the camper will be released only after the fund is cleared! ….With much regret, I have decided to sell my 1973 (tax exempt) Westfalia Camper Van 1.6 engine with twin carbs. It was purchased in 2010 in quite a state and over the last couple of years, I have paid to have it restored. This is your opportunity to pick up a nearly finished van which as well as know, a right hand drive Westfalia can command up to £18,000+ !! I also have the original bed, original roof bed, brand new cream seat covers for the front and I am open to serious cash offers. We are located just south of Bristol – about 10 minutes from Bristol Airport and 10 minutes from M5 Junction 21. I have receipts totalling many thousands of pounds for work completed to in the last 18 months. I also have the original Westfalia cabinets including coolbox and rear seat. The pop top roof inside and out is in very good condtion. The MOT ran out this month (May 2012) – I’ve spent so much money with different garages, that I’ve had enough and this is the reason I am selling it. The engine does start, but the twin carbs need attention to get it running smoothly. It was last driven in March 2012 for about 30 miles – engine was quite lumpy due to carbs, but otherwise drove fine. Here is a list which my mechanic gave me of jobs to be done (excludes re-fitting of interior): N/S front and rear brake lines insecure O/S front and rear brake lines insecure N/S bottom balljoint gaiter split N/S inner and outer track rod ends gaiters split O/S inner and outer track rod ends have excessive play Steering damper snapped O/S inner and outer C.V boots split N/S inner and outer C.V boots perished…close to spliting clutch and brake pedal rubbers drivers door handle innop fuel leak from carbs play in both rear wheel bearings drivers seat not adjustable excessive play in steering arm bushes(front beam) headlight bulb retainer The following may fail the mot, or requires attention o/s floor/ 1st outrigger rotten n/s outrigger rotten handbrake cables corroded engine tinware and engine bay seal missing Bodywork is very good in most places – although some rusts has appeared on the bottom of the front doors and some bubbling by the rear door opener. I have original cabinets and rear seat to go inside (see photos) – these need a little attention to make them shipshape and are worth hundred of pounds on their own. New front wiring loom (fitted in the last few weeks) New rear cab flooring fitted. 4 white wall tyres (hardly used) fitted 1 year ag (not the cheap insert white walls that some Ebayers use to sell their vans) Many panels replaced prior to respray Original front seats. I would advise inspecting this vehicle prior to making an offer – to somebody who has the time, this will not take much to turn it into an excellent vehicle I have been as honest as possible with my descrption but cannot say for sure if more or less work is needed to make the vehicle roadworthy. Winning bidder will need to pay £200 deposit via Paypal which holds vehicle for 7 days with balance in cash on delivery, and arrange for the vehicle to be collected. A trailer or transporter will be needed.

….This is my gorgeous VW 1977 T2 Bay window Campervan (Amily). It was originally a swedish ambulance and then was dry stored for 17 years, was then imported to the UK in 2008. It has been transferred onto English plates. 50476 kph – 31364 MPH Is actually SORN at the moment MOT next due and of June 2012 Left hand drive Factory fitted, air-cooled 2LTR engine Body Work: It had NO rust, never been welded or had any filler put into it. Has been completely stripped back and been professionally sprayed with original VW colours. Straight panels, no problem areas. VW hub caps and 4 good wheels. When it has been to the garage all its had done is – New petrol valve, jubilee clips and a new battery. Sailed through all MOT’s. Windows were professionally cut out and smoked glass put in – all new window seals. Lights and wipers all work. SCAT stick shifter fitted and new gear stick. Tow bar fitted. Interior : Interior professionally fitted by ‘The Camper Shak’ this includes; Campershak Compact – Sink, 2 hob, grill, fridge and water container. Small seat with storage underneath. Moveable table Floor professionally prepared and vingl fitted. Thermal acoustic insulation all round. 240V Hook up with plugs and lighting in living. Kenwood speaker installed in back and stereo in front. 3 x 12V cigarette lighter sockets in front. Headlining re done. Fully functional Rock and Roll bed with loads of storage underneath. All new upholstery. Front seats are the origianls as well as the seat belts. Amily also comes with a roof rack, weather cover and an 8 piece set of Thermo mats for the windows. I also have all service documents, MOT certificates and every reciept available for viewing. 11000 ono (relisted at lower price for quick sale) This truly is a stunning camper in mint condition, runs like a dream and we have never had a problem with it. ….This is our 1977 baywindow type2 tin top camper. It has been fully restored 3 years ago, which has included a re-spray a re-built 1600 engine, lowered on merc rims, rebuilt interior based on a devon layout… The interior has a grill/hob, sink, small fridge, cd player, many cupboards, and 3/4 rock and roll bed which has seat belts fitted. There is also a hommock suitable for children. the engine was rebuilt 20000 miles ago . 12 Months MOT, Tax Exempt, Fully Summer Ready

….Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE Welcome to the auction for my much loved VW Camper Van. A brief history: I have owned her for the past three years. During this time I have had her restored by a local specialist body shop and she has had a full re-spray last autumn. The 1.6 litre original air cooled engine was reconditioned by another specialist shortly after I bought her and has run smoothly ever since. She sailed through the MOT last week with only one advisory. The Interior: For the past three months I have been restoring a Westfalia interior. The wardrobe and sink are originals. The rock and roll bed has the original Westfalia brackets but it and the buddy seat were handmade by me, with the originals used as templates. All of the visible surfaces have been re-veneered in a real oak veneer, which has then been coated three times in a contact grade furniture varnish to ensure maximum protection. I have not installed handles as I thought the design of handles is a personal choice and can make or break an interior, but I am more than happy to fit them for you if you would rather me do it before you pick it up. Before collection, I will put doors on the sink unit and varnish it, as well as re-covering the rear cushion for the rock and roll bed and the buddy seat in the matching blue check Laura Ashley fabric. I will also be installing a varnished wooden headlining that covers the whole of the underside of the roof. Only a few minor personal touches still need to be added. I chose not to cover the cab front seats and door cards because I thought this was a matter for individual taste. There’s a working CD player but no speakers. Fancy setting up your own business?
